In this practice we generally do not pay attention to time. Each treatment takes as long as it takes time. This can sometimes result in short wait times, but we try to schedule appointments so that we can usually keep wait times short. Roughly plan on 30-60 minutes for a new patient history and 15-30 minutes for a regular treatment.

How often do I need to be treated?
This question is very difficult to answer, because the frequency of treatments depends on many things. On the one hand, the severity and duration of your problem as well as additional aggravating symptoms play a role, but also how well you do your exercises at home on our advice and how you optimize your everyday life (not too much sitting, regular exercise/sport etc.).
During the new patient history, it is often possible to find out in what frame you should come back for follow-up appointments. In the subsequent appointments, we place a lot of emphasis on helping you as quickly as possible and are happy if you diligently support/stabilize the treatment success at home with exercises and movement.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
As a rule, a referral from the treating general practitioner or specialist is not necessary. However, in some cases, health insurance requires a private prescription for chiropracticer hatfield care from the primary care physician to reimburse the cost. You can find out whether this is necessary in your case by calling the service hotline of your health insurance company.
What should I do after treatment?
After treatment, you should observe the following things:
“ go for a walk for about 15 minutes after each treatment and do not carry handbags or shoulder bags while doing so
“ follow all the posture tips given during the treatment
“ drink enough water and eat a healthy diet
What should I do if I cannot keep an appointment?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it in time, but no later than 24 hours before the treatment. Unfortunately, we will have to charge you for appointments that are not cancelled in time.
